Qualifications

• This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Superintendent with strong public construction experience, excellent field leadership skills, and the ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, quality control, safety, and project documentation from the job site
• Because of the project location, candidates should be comfortable working on the Outer Cape and able to reliably commute to Truro for the duration of the project
• Strong understanding of construction operations, sequencing, scheduling, and field coordination
• Experience managing subcontractors and field teams on commercial, institutional, municipal, or public construction projects
• Ability to read, interpret, and coordinate construction drawings, specifications, safety requirements, procedures, and technical documents

• Understanding of hydraulic systems, grade control technology, and machine maintenance

Qualifications

• Employees should have demonstrated skill in operating specialized and heavy equipment including backhoe and loader
• Working knowledge of the materials and techniques required for wastewater collection maintenance and to perform heavy manual labor under varying weather conditions
• Possession of a MA CDL motor vehicle operator’s license required

Qualifications

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License, OSHA 30-Hour Certification, and valid driver’s license
• The Opportunity: ONE SOURCE CONSTRUCTION is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial, state, municipal, MBTA, and public-sector construction projects across Massachusetts
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role
• Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
• Completed OSHA 30-Hour Certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Experience managing commercial renovation, retrofit, repair, or facility improvement projects
• Strong ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, submittals, and field documentation

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive field experience, and the ability to work alongside crews while ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Candidates without these credentials will still be considered based on relevant experience and qualifications
• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent, Foreman, Lead Carpenter, or similar construction leadership role
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices
• Ability to read and understand job scopes, specifications, and construction documents
• Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades
• Demonstrated ability to perform hands-on construction work

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience operating (excavator, loader, backhoe, etc.)
• Must have experience in road development, water mains, sewer/septic, storm water & drainage systems, utility installation
• Fundamentals of grading with transit (laser level)
