Qualifications

Qualifications

• Massachusetts CDL Class B drivers license required, with an air brake endorsement
• Massachusetts Class 4G Hoisting License
• Massachusetts 2B and IC Hydraulic license
• Working knowledge of public works equipment operations and mechanics
• Working knowledge of construction and maintenance procedures
• Knowledge of traffic laws
• Ability to perform heavy manual labor under varying weather conditions
• Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and properly
• Skill in the effective and efficient use of equipment and machinery

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, with a preference for those holding an MA Construction Supervisor License, a comprehensive understanding of building codes and the permitting the process
• In-depth knowledge of building codes and permitting
• Bachelor's degree in construction, technology, or related field experience required
• Highly self-motivated with strong decision-making capabilities
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

• A current and valid driver's license is required
• Minimum of 6 years' experience as a Journeyman Plumber working in industrial, commercial, or school environments
• Study and analyze blueprints and floor plans to understand the plumbing system and water supply system layout
• Must have experience operating and maintaining oil and gas-fired heating systems and boilers

• Superintendent will work with the construction team and outside contractors in a wide range of multimillion-dollar building projects within a mission critical data center environment
