Qualifications
•Must have a valid driver’s license and means of transportation, knowledge of the trade, be reliable, a positive representation of our company's values and principles
•Minimum seven years of construction experience
•Valid & current Massachusetts or bordering state driver’s license
•Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, designers and subcontractors
•Leadership skills to bring projects in on time and at budget
•Must be deadline and detail oriented
•Must be able to travel and stay near job sites throughout New England
•Comfortable with documentation and reporting systems
•Valid Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License
•While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand for up to 8 hours, walk, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach or extend
•Medway, MA 02053: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Responsibilities
•SUMMARY: To coordinate and lead a work crew in initiating and finishing assigned construction projects, and ensure that the quality of the work is in accordance with all applicable state, city and/or town laws and regulations
•To perform skilled labor
•The employee is also required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
•Working closely with project managers, you will manage the day-to-day operation of the job site from launch through completion, directing and monitoring the progress of subcontractors while keeping the project on schedule
•You will be expected to perform additional physical tasks on site as needed to maintain the quality of the project, maintain site safety and cleanliness, as well as move the project along in a positive forward direction
•Maintain contact with scheduled subcontractors and report any changes in timeline to project manager to make changes on Master Schedule
•Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
•Manage the layout, organization and safety of the site
•Schedule and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
•Maintain site records and file daily field reports
•Maintain the schedule and project budget with project manager
•Ensure that work is completed on-time and to Popularis’s standards of quality and customer satisfaction
