Qualifications

- 5–10 years of experience supervising large-scale multi-family commercial projects ($5M–$40M)
- In-depth knowledge of Boston-area construction standards, permitting, and logistics
- MA Construction Supervisor License and OSHA 30 Certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Procore (or similar project management software)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all on-site construction operations, ensuring project goals are met
- Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, architects, and subcontractors
- Oversee field scheduling, logistics, safety compliance, and quality control
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to local building codes and OSHA regulations
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain project momentum
- Mentor and lead field staff and subcontractors, fostering teamwork and accountability
- Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress to ensure timely project delivery
