Qualifications
- 10+ years of high-end design/build residential construction experience
- Must have a valid MA Construction Supervisor License
- Ability to develop effective relationships with clients, designers, and subcontractors
- Leadership skills to bring projects to completion on time and on budget
- Must be deadline and detail-oriented and comfortable with new documentation and reporting systems
- Must have a valid driver's license in good standing

Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of a construction project from planning through implementation
- Obtain required permits
- Manage the layout, organization, and safety of the site
- Schedule and supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
- Maintain site records and file daily field reports
- Maintain the schedule and project budget
- Ensure that work is completed on time and to Woodmeister's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction
