Responsibilities •The Project Manager will oversee the building process for custom new home and renovations •Schedule the project in logical steps and budget time required to meet deadlines •Determine labor requirements and dispatch workers / sub-contractors to construction sites •Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations •Interpret and explain plans and direct the work as needed on site •Self perform ( when applicable) and oversee labor as needed to complete the work •Be the point person on site for owner contact on a day to day basis •Direct and supervise workers and sub-contractors that they are complying with the Lineal Construction Safety Manual and common worksite safety practices •Study job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods •Oversee workers/subcontractors who complete specific pieces of the project, such as painting or plumbing •Requisition supplies and materials to complete construction projects •Take part in Lineal staff scheduling correspondence as needed •Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site •Confer with Lineal office personnel, owners, contractors, and design professionals to discuss and resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems •Utilize “Buildertrend” to perform regular communication with the office of job progress, upcoming project activities and progress photographs
Benefits •$90,000-$115,000 annually (Depending on Experience) •401k match •Health available •Bonus potential
