Qualifications
- As Project Superintendent, you’ll benefit from training and support in this role while also building on existing skills and knowledge gained from at least five years’ previous experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering OR business-related field OR equivalent work experience is required
- 5+ years’ trade and supervisory experience working on Commercial Construction projects
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- OSHA 30 certified
- Valid driver’s license and viable, reliable transportation
- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills
- Capable of maintaining budgets and project schedules
- Ability to read and interpret contract documents
- Surveying and lay-out skills
- Proficient using MS office, Procore; working knowledge of Primavera Scheduling, and Timberscan
- Ability to become part of a team and embrace the team concept
- Ability to work in adverse settings and climate conditions
- Ability to prioritize tasks depending on emergency responsibilities
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- CSL (Required)

Responsibilities
- As Project Superintendent, you’ll take the lead on overall field management and oversight for our $5-$10M projects
- Working with our field employees, subcontractors, vendors and suppliers, your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and organizing of the project site
- Develop a detailed construction schedule
- Oversee all company field personnel and subcontractors for execution of the job plan
- Ensure conformance with the project plans, specifications and contract documents, and compliance with state and federal safety regulations
- Document daily activities, production levels, site visitors and testing and adherence to the project budget
- Excellent working relationships with local subcontractors
