Qualifications •AutoCAD Civil 3D •Microsoft Project, Excel and, other standard Microsoft office •B.S.C.E or equivalent degree from and ABET accredited university •E.I.T. acceptable •1-5+ years civil experience in land development •Willingness and ability to travel to facilities as needed •Port Saint Lucie, FL 34986: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) •Civil Engineering, Surveying, or directly related school: 1 year (Required) •Florida EIT or PE license (Required)
Responsibilities •Perform and check calculations (storm-water management , potable water distribution, sanitary sewer collection and transmission) •Prepare specifications and drawings •Design of land development infrastructure including roadways, water, sewer, and drainage •Interface with fellow clients, engineers, CAD drafters, and other disciplines •Prepare site construction cost estimates •Review, correct, and approve shop drawings and other material specifications •Attend, and participate in meetings with client(s) and internal staff •Deliver project technical documents •Maintain a high level of organization and technical competency •Construction Inspection Services •Process certification and closeout of permits thought all applicable agencies
