Qualifications •Ability to communicate professionally and clearly with others (contractors, coworkers, and customers) •Ability to remain calm and focused in a stressful environment •Ability to handle physical workload •Strong work ethic.' •Open to applicants who do not have a college diploma •Class B CDL, and Massachusetts 1C hoisting license (Required)
Responsibilities •This position is for a person to deliver and install precast structures •For a better understanding of what that might involve, you can go to our Facebook or Instagram pages for some pictures as well as short videos that show some of the work that we do •This position includes hands on, skillful work •ability to inspect truck and crane regularly to observe and prevent potential failures •perform general maintenance such as grease, changing lights, and other small repairs •Jobsite and road awareness •Ability to safely drive the truck with cargo to the job site and get the truck safely into position
