Qualifications
•Commitment to 24/7 Safety Culture
•High School diploma or GED
•A valid and active MA Wastewater Operator License or ability to obtain within 3- 6 months of hire date
•Strong communication skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office
•Available for after hours and on call work as required
•Knowledge of regulatory requirements or willingness and ability to learn
•Valid unrestricted driver's license with good driving record
•Ability to obtain DOT medical card and pass a drug screen
Responsibilities
•The primary responsibility of the Operator, Wastewater is to operate and maintain assigned facilities and to actively support the Operations Supervisor
•The Operator I will be part of an on-call rotation requiring night and weekend coverage as needed
