Qualifications
•Fluent in state plumbing code (Massachusetts and Rhode Island)
•Experience with water heater repair and replacement
•Experience with minor water piping and drain repairs
•Experience performing backflow replacements and rebuilds
•Strong understanding of plumbing design, water, drain and venting
•Self-motivated and independent but also work well in a team
•Willing to cross train to support other trades as needed
•Strong desire to learn and adapt to an evolving environment

•An individual must show a willingness to continue to develop skills in the Plumbing and HVAC/R trade as part of the continued learning process
•High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum of 3 to 5 years of carpentry experience
•MA journeyman or Master Plumber’s License
•Ability to work cooperatively with diverse groups
•Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities
•The plumber will assist with maintaining the heating, ventilating, and air conditioning systems
•This position will perform routine maintenance, repairs, replacement, renovations and new installations
•Talk with authentically costumed historians and see heritage breed farm animals
•50 lbs.), climbing ladders and stairs; bending or stooping; extended periods of walking; regular exposure to weather conditions; operate motor vehicles; and ability to operate power and/or hand tools
•Available to work evening/weekend programs such as Phantoms by Firelight, Christmas by Candlelight, Illuminations, or other evening/weekend shifts, as needed
