Qualifications
- Licensed Master Plumber in Massachusetts
- Proven experience in residential and multifamily plumbing systems
- Expertise in water supply, drainage, gas piping, and fixture installation
- Familiarity with Mass Save, EPA standards, and green building practices
- Strong ability to read architectural/mechanical/plumbing drawings
- Leadership & communication skills
- Experience with tankless water heaters, heat recovery, or smart plumbing systems
- Knowledge of energy-efficient water systems and low-flow fixtures
- Background in project management or construction coordination
Benefits

- Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

- Design plumbing systems, perform load calculations, and size piping accurately
- Train and guide in-house teams on best practices for installation & maintenance
- Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes, permits, and inspections
- Coordinate with city officials, inspectors, and utility providers
- Recommend water-efficient, sustainable plumbing solutions
- Collaborate with HVAC, electrical, and other trades to ensure smooth project
