Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master)
- Experience installing and servicing water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, troubleshooting, and field diagnostics
- Ability to lead, mentor, and set standards for a field team
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable interacting directly with customers
- Able to safely lift, move, and position equipment with team support
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment

- Base Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Responsibilities
- We’re hiring a Licensed Plumber to lead water heater installations, oversee on-site quality, and deliver an outstanding customer experience
- You’ll work closely with our Install Technicians and operations team to ensure every installation meets Massachusetts code, runs efficiently, and reflects Reservoir’s high standards
- Lead installation of advanced all-electric heat pump water heaters in customer homes
- Ensure every install meets Massachusetts plumbing code and Reservoir quality standards
- Troubleshoot system issues and perform service work as needed
- Mentor, train, and support Install Technicians on-site
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to refine tools, processes, and SOPs
- Help develop repeatable playbooks to ensure quality and consistency across installs
- Deliver professional, seamless, brand-forward experiences to customers
- Maintain an organized job site and ensure safe handling of equipment
