Qualifications
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 3+ years of experience in residential and/or commercial plumbing
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Positive attitude, reliability, and a commitment to excellence
- Safe installation and testing of gas lines and systems
- Ability to Commute:

- Worcester, MA 01501: Relocate before starting work (Required)
Benefits
- Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 40 per week
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
- You'll supervise a crew of plumbers and apprentices, oversee installations and repairs, and ensure compliance with all plumbing codes, safety protocols, and project standards

- Supervise plumbing crews on job sites, including daily task assignments
- Interpret blueprints and job specs to guide installations
- Ensure plumbing systems meet all code and safety standards
- Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
- Order materials and manage job site inventory
- Conduct quality control inspections
- Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices
- Maintain accurate documentation of hours, materials, and progress
- Perform hands-on plumbing tasks when needed
- New installations, service, and preventative maintenance for offices, restaurants, hospitals, and more
- Participate in prevailing wage and public works projects
- You’ll work on meaningful, diverse projects while helping train the next generation of plumbing professionals
