Qualifications
- Looking for someone with a Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License to join our HVAC team
- Proficient in trouble shooting, diagnosing, and repairing a variety of plumbing fixtures and HVAC systems in residential customers' homes
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Massachusetts Journeyman Plumber License or eligible to obtain License
- Experience working with HVAC, Boilers, and Hydronics systems
- Residential service and installation experience
- Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong finger and Manual dexterity for handling pipes and plumbing fixtures
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proficient of reading blueprints
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a condition offer of employment

- Pay Rate: $35.00 to $48.00 per hour

Responsibilities
- Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
- Working on Residential HVAC systems and plumbing fixtures and systems
- Assembles, installs, or repairs pipes, fittings, or fixtures of heating, water, or drainage systems, according to specifications or plumbing codes
- Acts as customer representative during client home interactions
- Ensures client satisfaction with all work, including cleanup
- Communicates to client what services are needed and why, prior to starting work
- Exhibits a safety-first approach during all work activities, including when driving
- Assembles pipe sections, tubing, fittings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, soldering, brazing, or welding equipment
- Installs pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools
- Keeps detailed records of work progress and customer interactions
- Directs helpers engaged in pipe cutting, pre-assembly, or installation of plumbing systems or components
- Conducts appropriate tests to ensure successful completion of each plumbing job
- Fills pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks
