Qualifications •Knowledge of, techniques, materials, and equipment used in commercial building construction •Knowledge of building codes, design, construction, production, and/or operations •Ability to develop and review and analyze various reports •Ability to plan, organize and coordinate commercial building activities •Ability to monitor and inspect commercial building projects •Ability to solve problems relating to construction projects •Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with vendors, contractors, and staff •Must have a General Contractor's License •Commercial Construction Experience •Ability to travel occasionally •Authorized to work in the United States (required)
Responsibilities •The position will focus on the construction and installation of EV Charging Stations at commercial properties
