Qualifications
- A valid Massachusetts Electrician’s License
- 2–5 years of hands-on residential experience
- Strong working knowledge of NEC and local regulations
- Great troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crew
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Experience with smart home systems or energy-efficient solutions
- Mentorship experience with junior electricians
- Journeyman License (Required)

Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, panels, outlets, and fixtures in residential homes
- Read blueprints and electrical schematics
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with speed and accuracy
- Ensure all work is up to code (NEC and local) and follows safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver top-tier service
- Mentor apprentices and collaborate with a team on larger projects
