Responsibilities
- This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional capable of maintaining quality, safety, and compliance on every job site
- The position is contract-based, with project assignments that may vary depending on company workload and client demand
- Oversee day-to-day construction operations and ensure compliance with all state and local building codes
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, materials, and inspections
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to monitor progress, quality, and safety standards
- Communicate effectively with project managers, vendors, and clients
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for each project
