- Massachusetts electrical journeyman license

Responsibilities
- Overseeing our team of top electricians (from 1 – 6 in total) and supporting their development
- Monitoring and ensuring the work progress completion and ensuring the work is completed safely and timely while exceeding customers’ expectations
- Predict resources needed to reach goals and manage labor resources effectively and efficiently
- Identify areas for improvement to consider with ownership
- Mentoring electricians on the team
- Wiring industrial, commercial, and retail spaces
- Fire alarm and/or HVAC controls experience a plus
- Work with all types of wiring methods including MC Cable, EMT, Rigid, and PVC
- Wire and install electrical panels, transformers, and standard gear assemblies
- Read submittals, blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
- Complete timecards, job reports, and invoices
- Weekly catered lunches
