TITLE
Landscape Laborer
RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE
1 year minimum residential and/or commercial landscape construction experience preferable
LICENSES/ CERTIFICATIONS
DOT Medical Card
Reliable transportation to get to job sites
Valid Driver’s License with current insurance and clean DMVR
JOB SUMMARY
The Landscape Laborer is responsible for working as a team member under the direct supervision of the Landscape Foreman. Responsible for completing construction jobs in an efficient manner, promoting job work site safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibiting pride and quality workmanship.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Work closely with Foreman in installation of landscape projects and other tasks
Work as part of a team with other laborers and take direction from Landscape Foreman
REQUIREMENTS
Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented with great time management
Must be punctual, dependable, and professional in appearance and actions
Available for seasonal long hours, occasional weekends, and potential holidays
Ability to work effectively with individuals of differing backgrounds, knowledge, and skill levels
Physical demands require constantly moving, walking, stopping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling
Frequently required to stand and walk, life and/or move up to 50 lbs, or more with assistance
Job will require constantly working outdoors in all types of weather conditions and exposure to elements
Job can include exposure to moderate to heavy noise, extreme proximity to moving equipment and machinery.
