Responsibilities
•The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in residential settings, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our clients
•The Residential Service Electrician will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our reputation for delivering high-quality electrical services
•Diagnostic Expertise:Conduct thorough inspections to identify electrical issues in residential properties
•Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with electrical systems, components, and appliances
•Repair and Maintenance:Perform repairs and replacements of faulty wiring, circuits, outlets, and other electrical components
•Install, upgrade, and maintain residential electrical systems to meet safety standards and code requirements
•Customer Interaction:Communicate effectively with homeowners to understand their electrical concerns and explain the necessary repairs or upgrades
•Provide clear and detailed estimates for proposed work, ensuring transparency and customer satisfaction
•Safety Compliance:Adhere to all safety protocols and industry standards to ensure the well-being of clients, colleagues, and oneself
•Stay informed about electrical codes and regulations to guarantee compliance with local and national guidelines
•Documentation:Maintain accurate records of work performed, including details of repairs, installations, and inspections
•Complete service reports and document recommendations for future preventive maintenance
•Team Collaboration:Collaborate with other team members and contractors to coordinate and execute projects effectively
•Provide guidance and support to apprentices or junior technicians when necessary
