Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid MA Hoisting Engineer Hydraulic License required
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 50+ lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb for extended periods
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to safely enter and exit heavy equipment multiple times per day
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception

Responsibilities
- This position involves operating heavy machinery as well as performing general labor duties on construction and/or industrial job sites
- The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and willing to assist wherever needed
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, and backhoes
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, grading, and site cleanup
- Assist crew members as needed to keep projects on schedule
- Conduct basic equipment inspections and routine maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
