Qualifications •Minimum 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as loaders, backhoes, excavators, dozers, lulls, and forklifts, for civil and site work, and material handling functions on a municipal, commercial, industrial projects •Must have a valid drivers license and motor vehicle record that meets company standards •Must possess required licenses (Massachusetts Hydraulics/Hoisting License) •Ability to stand for extended periods of time, and safely maneuver around the nearby presence of various construction equipment and vehicles, on an active construction site •Prepared to regularly encounter moving mechanical parts, high precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, and a variety of outside weather conditions •Able to bend, squat, kneel, crawl, crouch, balance and stoop, reach on a regular basis •Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus •Leadership Qualities •Listening skills •Team Oriented •Detail Oriented •Sense of Urgency •Communication •Being punctual and on time everyday
Benefits •Pay: From $80.00 per hour •8 hour shift
