Qualifications
- Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and related machinery
- Construction site experience demonstrating familiarity with safety procedures and operational standards
- Valid hoisting license required
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, skid steers and other machinery safely and efficiently across multiple construction sites
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks on all equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met
- Assist with site preparation activities such as grading, excavation, material handling, underground utility installation, and installing drainage systems using appropriate machinery
- Collaborate with project managers and team members to execute tasks according to project specifications and timelines
- Follow all safety protocols and construction site regulations diligently to maintain a secure working environment
