Qualifications
- Full-Time | $30 - $50/hr | Worcester/Framingham Area | Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License and 1C License required
- Experience in construction, excavation, site work, or related trades
- Ability to safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment
- Strong work ethic and willingness to handle physical labor in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to Worcester-area job sites
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and stay active throughout the workday
- Knowledge of common jobsite practices
- Required License
- Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License and 1C License required

Responsibilities
- You’ll support a variety of site work tasks—excavation, grading, trenching, drainage installation, and utility work—while operating excavators, skid steers, loaders, compactors, and other equipment as needed
- Assist with site work including excavation, grading, trenching, drainage installation, and utility preparation
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, skid steers, loaders, and compactors
- Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, raking, pipe laying, material handling, and jobsite cleanup
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
- Complete daily equipment checks, greasing, and basic upkeep
- Maintain an organized, efficient work area and support crew workflow
- Take direction well and stay focused in a fast-moving environment
- Perform additional tasks as needed to support overall jobsite productivity
- This is an active outdoor job involving excavation and utility projects on public and prevailing wage sites
