Qualifications
- The ideal candidate should be able to work with minimal supervision and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- The ideal candidate should be mechanically inclined and able to perform routine mechanical checks on all fleet equipment and trucks
- Working knowledge of a typical single-family subdivision is required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Mass Hydraulics/Hosting License, required
- Valid Driver's License, required
- Proven ability to excel in fast-paced environment
- Strong team player with positive, can-do attitude

Responsibilities
- The operator is responsible to perform pre- and post-operation inspection of the equipment
- Working knowledge of the following equipment is preferable: excavators, bulldozer, front-end loader, articulated dump truck, and on-road tri-axle and trailer
- Trailering small equipment from job site to job site will be expected from time to time
- Inspect and operate equipment and all attachments
- Operate equipment in a safe and professional manner
- Perform daily equipment maintenance
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Perform occasional typical laborer activities
- Ability to set and follow grades
- Attend and participate in daily activity plans and safety meetings
- Provide other support as needed
- Year-round work expected
