Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating heavy machinery for excavation, grading, and site development
- This position requires precision, safety awareness, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid 2A Hoisting License
- Minimum of Five (5) years of experience operating heavy machinery in excavation, site development, or related work
- Strong understanding of excavation techniques and safety protocols
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions and perform physical labor as required
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, dozers, and backhoes in accordance with project specifications and safety regulations
- Perform site preparation, trenching, grading, and material movement
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and perform basic maintenance
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors, team members, and other trades
- Interpret site plans, specifications and grade stakes as needed
