Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or similar environment
- Proficiency in operating excavators, high tip loaders, and moving tractor trailers
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Perform various tasks pertaining to manufacturing of bark mulch, loam and compost
- Assist in loading, unloading and coordination of tractor trailer trucks in the yard
- Operate heavy equipment to load outbound trucks with materials
- Assists with production of bark mulch, loam and compost by operating grinders and screener equipment
- Assists truck drivers and maintenance team as needed in the parking and organizing storage trailers
- Helps mechanics when necessary with minor repairs to heavy equipment: lubricating parts, etc
- Maintain Massachusetts Hoisting license: must pass DOT physical and submit to drug testing by law
