Qualifications •Valid Drivers License •Massachusetts 2A Hoisting License •OSHA 10 •Good references and experience in this field are necessary •Heavy Civil Construction: 3 years (Required) •Driver's License (Required) •Massachusetts Hoisting license (Required)
Responsibilities •Work with a crew of 3-5 people daily •Making sure they are safe and productive •Read, comprehend, and layout from blueprints •Working and coordinating with owners, engineers, and subcontractors in a professional and courteous manor •Scheduling with project managers and operations manager on materials, man power, and equipment •Understand all OSHA trench and work place safety •Ensuring a safe environment for all employees •Completion of daily paper work such as; daily logs, and safety paper work
