Qualifications •Seeking a General Contractor either with an active license or retired who is knowledgeable in building out restaurants and renovating Retail space in General •We need the acumen, not the license to take over and complete renovations in multiple buildings currently and continue with cookie cutter projects
Responsibilities •Sometimes we work nights and weekends to get the job done on time if needed
