Qualifications
- Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License (required)
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and safety practices
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- The Plumber will be responsible for performing a wide range of plumbing repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance across our residential and commercial properties
- This role is essential in maintaining safety, functionality, and resident satisfaction throughout our portfolio
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe replacements
- Install, maintain, and repair fixtures such as sinks, toilets, showers, water heaters, and boilers
- Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to identify potential plumbing issues
- Respond promptly to work orders and emergency calls
- Work collaboratively with maintenance staff, property managers, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with all plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used
