Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, industry certifications, and the ability to oversee projects from start to finish
- 5+ years of experience in excavation, utility, or related construction work
- Hoisting license and CDL required
- Valid medical card for truck driving
- Knowledge of water and sewer installations, excavation, paving, and concrete
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and lead by example
- Must be able to travel locally to job sites as required

Responsibilities
- This is a hands-on leadership role that requires operating equipment, managing job sites, and ensuring safety and efficiency while maintaining high-quality standards
- Lead and oversee daily jobsite activities for excavation, water/sewer, paving, and concrete projects
- Operate machinery and trucks as needed to support field operations
- Ensure strict adherence to safety standards and company protocols
- Coordinate with crew members, subcontractors, and management to meet project deadlines
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain accurate daily records, including work completed, hours, and materials used
- Serve as the point of contact on-site for problem-solving and decision-making
