Qualifications
- Experience in construction, general labor, and site work
- Proficient in heavy equipment operation
- Ability to lead crews of two or more
- Experience managing subcontractors
- Blueprint reading and interpretation skills
- Experience with excavators, dozers, and grading
- OSHA 10 certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- DOT medical certificate
- 3-5 years of experience with underground utility work
- 3-5 years of experience with concrete flatwork
- 3-5 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as mid-size excavators, front loaders, dozers, and skid steers
- Hoisting License - Minimum 2A, 1C

- The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr

Responsibilities
- Source and calculate on-site bulk materials
- Forecast to ensure materials and equipment are available for the next project phase
- Operate all heavy equipment and verify grades
- Maintain onsite equipment properly
- Open and close project sites daily and conduct daily safety meetings
- Read blueprints, project plans, and specifications
- Communicate with subcontractors and project managers
- Advise and maintain project schedules
- Work under the direction of the Project Manager
- Ensure safety protocols are followed onsite
