Qualifications •Must have 3-5 years of Operator Experience in Heavy/Civil Construction •Must be capable of operating all types of machines including loaders, dozers, and excavators •Candidate must possess a current Mass Hoisting License •OSHA 10 •Must possess the ability to adapt to different personalities and management styles Team player with strong interpersonal and verbal skills Dedicated and hard-working Strong commitment to the success of all •Possess a strong work ethic •Demonstrate the utmost professionalism in how you represent yourself •Snow plowing is part of the job requirements •North Andover, MA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
