Qualifications
•Proven HSE mindset and demonstrated behavior-based safety mentality
•Current Journeyman Electrician and driver's license
•Experience working with commercial or industrial electrical equipment
•Ability to work within a mandate and with minimal supervision
•Excellent communication (verbal and written) and time management skills, including an ability to balance multiple projects under tight deadlines
•Ability to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs
•Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel freely throughout North Eastern United States, predominantly Massachusetts
Responsibilities
•As a licensed electrician with experience, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of battery energy storage systems throughout their lifecycle from installation, commissioning and maintenance
•Identifying potential hazards and following appropriate measures for personal, co-worker, and public safety
•Reading and interpreting electrical designs, schematics, instruction manuals, control system drawings, specifications and codes/standards
•Conducting electrical tests, diagnosing and fixing problems, documenting activities, monitoring cases and addressing any issues that affect the equipment efficiency
•Recording work activities and outcomes in written and electronic forms (e.g. work orders, calibration sheets, time cards, material requests) as required during and after the work process
