Qualifications •Current and unrestricted Florida Certified General Contractor license Extensive commercial and residential construction knowledge Knowledge of project estimation or management software Current FL drivers license Pay can be as a W-2 salaried employee, or commission paid consultant •Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) •Florida Certified General Contractor license (Required) Work Location:
Responsibilities •Request permits (may be delegated to the field manager or project manager as needed) Perform quality control at projects as needed Assist field manager or project manager as needed Requirements are:
