  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA, and construction safety standards
  • Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in project management software and mobile jobsite tech
  • Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values ownership, thrives on delivering quality, and leads with integrity
  • Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
  • Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and material vendors
  • Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and budgets
  • Review plans, specifications, and scopes to ensure clarity and compliance
  • Conduct routine site visits to oversee safety, quality, and progress
  • Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
  • Proactively resolve jobsite issues with a solution-oriented approach
  • Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation (RFIs, submittals, daily logs, change orders)
  • Promote a productive, team-focused environment on every job
