Qualifications

- Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Familiarity with local building codes, OSHA, and construction safety standards
- Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
- Proficient in project management software and mobile jobsite tech
- Active Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License (CSL) required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who values ownership, thrives on delivering quality, and leads with integrity
- Lead and manage construction projects from pre-construction through completion
- Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and material vendors
- Develop and maintain accurate project schedules and budgets
- Review plans, specifications, and scopes to ensure clarity and compliance
- Conduct routine site visits to oversee safety, quality, and progress
- Act as the primary liaison with clients, architects, engineers, and inspectors
- Proactively resolve jobsite issues with a solution-oriented approach
- Enforce jobsite safety protocols and company procedures
- Maintain accurate documentation (RFIs, submittals, daily logs, change orders)
- Promote a productive, team-focused environment on every job
