Qualifications
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
- Proven history as a lead Construction Supervisor in Residential and/or Commercial projects
- Construction Supervisor 5+ years in residential construction, with strong understanding
- of the construction process; safety regulations, and quality standards
- Proficiency with Scanfly and Aurora Softwares
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering successful projects on time and within budget
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or any related field
- Must have valid Construction Supervisor License (CSL)
- Lead Renovator License
- Home Improvement Contractors’ License (HICL)
- Knowledge of Quickbooks; strategic marketing strategies
- Oversight of team professional development
- Travel across multiple states required
- Driver's License (Required)

- Pay: $74,686.00 - $81,093.00 per year
Responsibilities
- We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion
- The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
- This role requires effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining compliance with safety regulations
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage on-site personnel to ensure project milestones are met
- Utilize construction management software, including HeavyBid, for project estimating and scheduling
- Review blueprints and specifications to ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project lifecycle
- Implement SOPs to ensure adherence to quality & conduct regular site inspections to enforce adherence to OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate timely delivery of materials and services
- Manage teams in alignment with project plans
- Effectively lead multi-lingual workforce
- Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders regarding project status
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction in a timely manner
