Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management
- Prior construction supervisor or management experience (_minimum 3years_)
- CSL Certification
- OSHA 10/30
- 1st Aid/CPR Certified
- STRONG Communication skills- will be communicating with both office Project Supervisor and sale representative
- Valid drivers license
- MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
- Playground location varies (preschool/daycare, elementary schools, state facilities)
- 3 years

Responsibilities
- We are seeking a dedicated Construction Supervisor to join our team
- As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our playground installations while supervising a 3-4 person team and ensuring projects are completed efficiently
- Arrive early at mill to load supplies/tools in truck needed for project
- Make sure crew is at shop on time and ready to leave
- Travel to jobsite
- Take before and after photos daily and submit to Project Supervisor
- Organize jobsite; staging, table for hardware, acces to water/electricity/trash/bathrooms
- Determine best area for staging equipment, machines, concrete, materials and pre-assembly
- Mark layout for entire project and verify layout/locations with sales rep or site contact
- DELEGATE TO CREW MEMBERS:
- Load & unloading equipment inventory (quality check)
- Load & unload machines & tools
- Staging & pre-assembly
- Clean tools and load them back into truck at the end of day/end of project
- Assemble elements per manufacturer specifications
- Instructions are there for each element and have hardware bags with part numbers
- Quality checks throughout the day to make sure equipment is installed properly, no trash on site to be left behind, final walk through for tools, making sure caution tape surrounds the entire work zone area to allow safety and product placement to dry and settle properly
- PUNCH LIST- Review for no scratches, rivets installed, structure is level and at correct grade for surfacing, final walk through for tools and trash
- Leaf blow area and caution tape to allow for concrete to set prior to use
- TAKE PICTURES from great points of view aand one at highest elevation
