Qualifications
- Candidates must be client focused, deadline-driven with excellent communication skills and knowledge of jobsite safety
- A minimum of 5 years of construction experience
- Previous restaurant experience
- OSHA certification
- MA Construction Supervisors License
- Proficiency in Procore, M.S. Project, Excel, and Outlook
- A high level of professionalism with strong verbal/written and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem solving, managerial and communication skills
- Knowledge of current building and construction codes
- Strong computer skills
- Demonstrated knowledge of safe construction practices

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and vendors
- Manage and update overall project schedules
- Provide three week look-aheads
- Schedule building Inspections
- Coordinate onsite material delivery
- Prepare daily logs
- Review project plans and specifications
- Review shop drawings and submittals
- Be responsible for the quality control and completion of punch lists
- Conduct weekly site and safety meetings/OSHA compliance
