Qualifications •Can you “read” people and situations effectively? •Are you an outgoing, intuitive, and highly motivated construction professional who enjoys developing relationships and getting people to accept change or new ideas? •Do you take pride in being accurate, thorough, and dutiful with attention to detail and quality? •We are looking for A problem-solving proactive individual with a bias for taking action who enjoys challenges, variety, and a multisensory team-oriented work environment •The ideal candidate will have a proven history of success in construction site management, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment •10+ years of experience in the Construction industry •Preferably someone with experience in the trades as a foreman or skill worker •CSL certification required •OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certified •Good planning skills, including design execution, resource allocation, and contingencies •In-depth understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations •Effective leadership abilities •5 years •Construction Supervisor License (Required) •Boston, MA (Required)
Responsibilities •As such, they are responsible for setting and keeping schedules, monitoring project finances, and ensuring that all specialist trades are executing their specific duties when and how they should all while establishing and enforcing protocols to maintain a worksite devoid of safety hazards
