Qualifications
•Ability to understand architectural and engineered drawings a must
•Ability to understand and adhere to specifications a must
•Must have or be willing to obtain a MA Unrestricted Superintendents License
•Proficiency in OSHA regulations
•Experience with construction management software Sage, Excel, Word, MS Project
•Demonstrated ability in project management and supervision
•Strong background in construction industry practices
•Skilled in budgeting and cost control
•Familiarity with reading blueprints and construction estimating
•Knowledge of quality control processes
•Ability to interpret schematics accurately
•Massachusetts: Relocate before starting work (Required)
•Willingness to travel:
