Qualifications
•Prior experience managing construction projects for public housing from the ground up, with over 30 million dollars worth of wood and steel experience
•Someone with experience who wants to work in Massachusetts is needed
•5+ years of superintendent experience
Responsibilities
•The site's orderliness and adherence to safety rules will be the responsibility of the construction superintendent
•You will make sure that quality standards are met and that all tools and supplies are constantly on hand
•In order to obtain approvals, you will communicate with inspection authorities
•Control every part of the project, from planning to execution
•Give resources to the designated initiatives
•Manage the onsite staff and subcontractors
•Interact with clients, city and county authorities, architects, engineers, contractors, and project inspectors
