Job Description of Superintendent • Supervise a team of 25-30 union workers at job site. Most jobs are exclusively in Boston• Scheduling, sequence of work, material supplies and organizing union work force• Take initiative, ownership of the job. Be a hard worker and ambitious.• Company will train someone with basic civil experience. Can be a Foreman• 100% paid medical/dental, 401K.• Generous year-end bonus Qualifications for Superintendent: • BA in Civil Engineering desired• 3+ years experience in Heavy Civil.• Has drive, ambition, is a hard worker and takes initiative• Has the ability to manage 35-40 union workers• Can presently be a Foreman.
