Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have strong field leadership experience, a deep understanding of construction practices, and a passion for quality craftsmanship
- Massachusetts CSL (Construction Supervisor License) Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Foreman
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods
- Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain schedules
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily on-site operations for historic restoration projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and project schedules
- Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards
- Read and interpret plans, specifications, and historic preservation requirements
- Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and inspectors
- Track progress, manage site logistics, and resolve field issues
