Qualifications
- Valid Construction Supervisor License (required)
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Technical knowledge of residential construction and remodeling
- Detail-oriented with a critical eye for quality
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to tow a trailer (DOT certification not required)
- Proficiency in English; Portuguese and/or Spanish

Responsibilities
- Halco is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our residential building and remodeling projects
- Youll be the on-site leader ensuring that every project runs smoothly, meets our high standards, and exceeds client expectations
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values strong relationships, and takes pride in delivering quality work
- Lead daily site operations and ensure work is completed to scope and quality standards
- Coordinate with the Project Manager and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Implement site protection and dust containment to minimize client disruption
- Maintain clear, documented communication with all stakeholders via Buildertrend, text, and email
- Conduct daily logs with photos and updates on project progress
- Manage change orders, gather pricing, and communicate updates to the Project Manager
- Submit and follow up on RFIs to resolve project questions
- Coordinate inspections with city/town officials and ensure compliance
- Perform quality control checks and support project closeouts
