Qualifications
- You must excel at communication, customer service and time management
- Experience in the Construction Industry and a Construction Supervisor's License are requirements
- [5]+ years of experience in both residential and commercial construction supervision or related field
- Construction License holder
- Customer Service Skills
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schedules, and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Essential skills: Computer skills including Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Office, iPad Apps
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Construction Industry is required

Responsibilities
- The Construction Job Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the construction site, preparing project scopes for estimate completion, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to project specifications
- This role coordinates subcontractors and crew members, enforces safety standards, and serves as the on-site point of contact for project execution
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on the job site
- Ensure work is performed according to plans, specifications, and local building codes
- Enforce job site safety procedures and company policies at all times
- Monitor schedules and progress to ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel
- Conduct daily site inspections and address issues promptly
- Maintain daily clear communication with customer
- Track materials and deliveries
- Review work quality and ensure corrective actions are taken when necessary
- Address and resolve on-site conflicts or delays efficiently
- Work with our Construction Team to grow the Division
