Qualifications
- Planning and layout work from blueprints and drawings
- Five years applicable carpentry experience required
- A current state of Massachusetts "Construction Supervisor" license is required
- Ability to plan and layout work from blueprints and drawings
- Able to use a variety of carpenter's hand tools and power tools
- Minimum of 5 years applicable carpentry experience required

- $52.36 - $52.36
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
- Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training
- Union ranges will be in compliance with the collective bargaining agreement's approved rates by location and role

Responsibilities
- Performs the carpentry duties necessary to construct and maintain building partitions, benches, doors, etc
- Construct and maintain in good repair building woodwork, sheet rock partitions, and equipment such as bins, cribs, counters, benches, partitions, doors, ceilings, floors, stairs, casings and trim made of wood, metal, roofs, inside and outside, in an establishment
- Work involves most of the following: planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models or verbal instructions, compiling a stock list of materials needed for projects, using a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments, making standard shop computation relating to dimensions of work, selecting materials necessary for the work
- The Carpenter will be called upon from time to time to utilize their Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License to file paperwork for Building Permits for construction in Draper Facilities within Massachusetts as needed for Projects assigned to them
- Using a variety of carpenter's hand tools and power tools
- Planning and laying out of work from blueprints, drawings, models or verbal instructions,
- Use a variety of carpenter's hand tools, portable power tools and standard measuring instruments
- Make standard shop computations relating to dimensions of work, selecting materials necessary for the work
