Qualifications •Project experience should include out of the ground, renovation work in occupied and unoccupied environments, and a complete understanding of high level finishes •Experience is estimating costs for projects •Construction license
Responsibilities •Responsible for the day-to-day operations of multiple projects for a real estate development company with a focus on single family, condos, and rental building construction •Duties will include subcontractor management, budgets, scheduling, coordination, site safety and management of the general construction labor force •Responsible for permits and inspections •Ensure all workmanship is of acceptable quality •Understanding building codes, safety guidelines and regulations addressing construction projects •Maintain and review punch list process to ensure all are addressed and executed in a timely manner •Maintain a clean job site at all times
