Georgia Residential Contractor: 6 HR Continuing Education - Option 1

Continuing education for Georgia Residential Contractor license holders. This is a six hour course covering the following topics: International Building Code Review, International Residential Code Review, OSHA -Standards for the Construction Industry, Workers’ Compensation Insurance Requirements, Basic Contract Content and Development, Managing Contracts and Invoicing, Managing and Motivating Employees, Identifying and Mitigating Project Risk, and Basic Construction Estimating Practice.
