I have an account, but when I try to log in, it says my username or password is not recognized. You may have signed up for your account on our old site. Any coursework begun on the old site will need to be continued on the old site. You can log into your account at legacy.atleisurelicense.com and view your course there.
I started a course, but it is not showing in my account. You may have begun your course on our old site. Any coursework begun on the old site will need to be continued on the old site. You can log into your account at legacy.atleisurelicense.com and view your course there.
I forget my password. You can reset your password by entering your username or email address on our Forgot Password page.
I completed my continuing education course, but never received my certificate. Make sure all modules are marked as complete. Once this is true, you will see a "View Certificate" button at the bottom of your My Courses page.
I lost my renewal form that was sent to me by the state. You may request a new renewal form from the state at the following link: Renewal Request
I am experiencing technical difficulties while trying to view my course. Most technical issues can be resolved by upgrading your browser for free. For instructions on how to do this, visit updatemybrowser.org
